The Tooth Fairy Finally Visits Garrett!

After 6 1/2 long years, Garrett finally lost his first tooth (with a little help from his mom)! He was so excited for the Tooth Fairy to come that he could barely fall asleep. He called his Nana to share the news and wanted to call his friend Mr. John at 11pm! The Tooth Fairy was very generous - after all, it was the first tooth. If you look closely, you can see that his "big guy" tooth has already come in. Now we move on to the tooth right next to it. It's Wiggle Time!

Having a Ball at the Insight Bowl!

On December 31st, we had a great time at the Insight Bowl in Tempe, AZ. Nino Ronnie got us some great tickets and we had enough to invite some of our wonderful friends to come along! Before the game we enjoyed the beautiful Arizona weather by eating outdoors at the Chuckbox in Tempe. They had some great hamburgers and onion rings there!

Oh - did I mention it was our 15th wedding anniversary! My how time flies when you're having fun!

It was a BMX weekend!

The Chandler BMX track hosted the AZ State Finals this weekend and we were there braving the heat along with several other hundred riders!

On Saturday night Garrett just missed making the main event by a couple of inches at the finish line - what a heart breaker! We decided to give it another try on Saturday and boy were we glad we did. Garrett took a 4th place tropy and Jacob took 3rd!

My mom was there to cheer on the boys as was my cousin Jana and her new baby Lily who is only 5 weeks old. We had a great time and look forward to next year!
